I can't imagine why anyone would buy from Dell - their battery is identical to yours but costs $100 more, plus tax, plus shipping, offers no satisfaction guarantee and carries only a one year warranty.

I wanted to thank you again for great customer service. The wrong product
was sent and I responded with an email explaining the situation. Not two
minutes after sending and email I received a phone call from a representative
who was very kind and took care of the situation. I have had better service
from Laptop Outlet after buying a $69.00 battery than when I bought a $30,000
dollar truck, thanks again!
