Non Defective Returns (45 Day Guarantee)

If a battery has not been installed in your Laptop and the battery as well as the packaging are intact we will charge a 5% restocking fee or $5 whichever is greater. You will need to return the battery and packaging, and the balance will be credited to your credit card. We only credit for tax and product costs (shipping charges are paid to the shipping carriers).

Defective Returns (45 Day Guarantee)

If the battery has been damaged from shipment or other usage we cannot offer a refund or exchange. Immediately contact the carrier of the damage.

Warranty/Exchanges

All Batteries receive a 2 year warranty and we do offer extended warranties.

If you wish to exchange a battery you will need to return the battery, and our customer service team will promptly ship you out a new battery (You will need to pay the standard shipping charges that are applicable at the time - these shipping charges will be displayed in the return/exchange screen). A Warranty applies to any battery that cannot hold a charge longer than 45 minutes with all power settings on the laptop set to minimum. All batteries will be inspected to verify the battery does not hold a charge. If a battery has lost some of its effectiveness and you wish to exchange it, but it does not fall within the guidelines of an exchange you can exchange the battery and receive a new battery for a nominal fee. Usually we offer a minimum of a 35% discount upon the everyday price. We only exchange 1 battery for the warranty. If laptop needs more than 2 batteries in the 2 year span then there is most likely something wrong with the laptop. We cannot give a refund or exchange for another battery but we can sell another battery at a heavy discount.
