1. Get RMA number for your order - enter your email address or order id
2. Enter what is wrong with battery (if applicable)
3. Tell us if you want an exchange or return
4. Print out RMA Sheet and ship entire package to our PO Box
5. Once we receive your package we will process your return/exchange within 4 business days.
if you have problems with this return form please email customersupport@laptopbatteryoutlet.com with the problems that you are having and a shipping service rep will resolve any problems.
* STOP!!! PLEASE READ THE RMA SECTION REQUIREMENTS THOROUGHLY. Any return that does not fit our requirements will be shipped back only at the consumers expense. Do not ship anything to us unless you are certain that it meets the proper guidelines.
* WE WILL NOT EXCHANGE batteries that have been damaged because of improper installation or mishandling by the consumer. If and order is shipped back to us under a false pretense or claim it will be shipped back at the consumers expense. |
